Through songs like Pressure from her 2024 album Like a Flower, she’s proving to be a clear forerunner in carrying the mantle of Nigeria’s new rhythm and blues.

Heralded as one of Lagos’ best DJs for her genre-bending dance edits, she’s played at leading electronic music events including Group Therapy, Element House, and Mainland House. For Existing for Free, she’ll be showcasing another side of her, expect soulful R&B mixes to close out the evening, or as we call it, the bedroom playlist.

A fresh voice in Nigeria’s music scene, her wide range of influences, tied together by soulful lyricism, allows her to craft beautifully written songs across genres, from rock to R&B. Her emotionally resonant writing has drawn in both producers and audiences, building a diverse fanbase. In her live shows, she brings her energy to the stage with her band for an electric performance, energising even newcomers to her sound despite sitting on a bank of unreleased music. Oh, and she’s also a gifted painter, responsible for the portraits of all the featured artists. Her creative direction is singular and focused.
